Jennifer Cavan's vividly colorful style has attracted a strong following of collectors.  She is influenced by the landscape and culture of her environment - the mountains of Northern New Mexico.  Ms. Cavan finds inspiration in the natural elements, buildings, and endless symbols around her.

Ms. Cavan is self-taught in the use of oil pastels and has created her distinctive look by combining both aggressive and fine strokes.  The vibrant colors and flowing landscapes she creates have earned critical acclaim at art shows throughout the country.
