Andree Hudson's paintings, with her use of contrasting light and dark colors, invite the onlooker into the subject's innocent sensuality.  Her large, dramatic brush strokes emit the life of her subjects, as though they live and move among us, touching the viewer's soul with their very being.

Andree's distinctive style was developed over many years and is partly due to the confluence of her life experiences and her unique art training at the San Francisco Art Institute, the Maryland Institute College of Art, and studies at Arundel College focused on human anatomy and physiology.
